Tonglawn is a name of Circle under Singngat Tehsil, within Churachandpur district, Manipur. It is 91 kms far from its state capital Imphal and 32 kms from Lamka, Churachandpur. Tonglawn was established in the year 1906 A.D by Pu. Pumzakham Hatzaw who was said to be migrated from Chiimtung/Chiimnuai.
